A good REALTOR® will help you price your home competitively, answer questions like “When is the best time to sell?”, and offer valuable insights into the local market. Start by asking friends and family for recommendations or search online for well-established, professional agents. Pay attention to local ads and For Sale signs as well.

Listing Your Home

Setting the right price is key to attracting potential buyers. Pricing too high or too low can hurt your sale. Your REALTOR® will explain the factors influencing the price, such as market conditions, comparable sales, and the estimated value of your home.

Marketing and Promotion
